Documents and local storage
PDF editing, OCR and conversion run on your device. PDF files, filenames and document content are not uploaded to our server for processing. Software, fonts and OCR language models may download on first use. Camera pages transferred between your phone and computer use a direct encrypted device connection.
Optional drafts and signatures stay in this browser. Drafts older than seven days are removed on a later opening. A temporary local record preserves work during sign-in for up to one hour. You can clear local records on a shared device.
Data and purposes
- Account email, session and authentication data are used to manage an account if you create one.
- Guest identity, tool, time, daily allowance, a random document ID and advertising outcome may be recorded to manage access. Content fingerprints stay on your device.
- Contact-form name, email and message are used to answer and follow up your support request. The form does not accept document attachments.
- Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser details and technical access logs for security and service delivery.
- If payments are enabled and used, transaction ID, amount, currency and subscription status are recorded. The payment provider handles card data.
Legal grounds and retention
Processing is based on providing a requested service or contract, applicable legal obligations, establishing or defending rights, proportionate security interests and consent where required for optional analytics and advertising. The applicable conditions of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, GDPR Article 6 apply.
Account records are retained for account management and support records for necessary request follow-up. Deletion requests are assessed; legally required payment or entitlement records may be retained for applicable obligations. Local-draft periods are described above.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and any configured email routing; Supabase provides account and record infrastructure. Google may process data for sign-in, support-email infrastructure, permitted Analytics and enabled advertising services. Paddle participates in payments only if that feature is used. Depending on provider infrastructure and configuration, data may be processed outside your country, including outside Türkiye. The providers’ processing and transfer terms are linked below.
Your rights
Contact [email protected] to request information, access, correction, deletion or objection under applicable law. Restriction and portability rights may apply under GDPR. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You retain the right to contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Basic tools are free. Advanced downloads follow the daily allowances shown on the pricing page. One ad unlocks one file; repeat downloads remain unlocked in this browser. Pro renews monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; access lasts until the paid period ends. Only process documents you have permission to use and keep a backup.

Refund policy
For a payment or refund question, contact [email protected]. If your payment was processed by Paddle, you can also use the support link on your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
