Combine several PDF files into one document. Put the files in the order you need and save a merged copy, without sending the documents to a server.

Basic use is free without an account, a daily file quota or a PDFandGO watermark. OCR, existing-text replacement and Word export are separate advanced operations; using them on the document can change its download-access requirements. Current allowances and Pro plans.

How to merge PDF files

  1. Choose two or more PDFs from your device.
  2. Arrange the files in the order you want their pages to appear.
  3. Merge the files, check the resulting page order and download the combined PDF.

Combine reports, invoices or scanned pages

You may have a report in several parts, separate invoices or a scan saved as multiple PDFs. Merging places their pages into a single document, following the file order you choose.

To include photos, first turn supported images into a PDF with JPG to PDF. To remove or move individual pages, use the page organizer after combining the documents.

Merge without uploading your PDFs

The merge operation runs on your device. There is no server upload queue for your documents. Keep the page open until the result is ready.

Basic merging has no account or daily-file requirement and adds no PDFandGO watermark. Very large files still depend on your browser and available memory. Check forms, bookmarks and other interactive features in important documents after export.

Try the tool with sample files

Samples contain generated demonstration content, not real customer data. Keep the source when comparing settings. An example result does not guarantee the same behavior for every PDF.

Questions and answers

Does merging reduce PDF quality?

Merging copies PDF pages rather than applying image compression. Page content is kept at its existing quality. If you need a smaller file afterward, use Compress PDF and review its quality settings.

Can I combine PDFs and photos?

Convert supported photos to a PDF with JPG to PDF first, then merge that document with the other PDFs.

Is there a maximum number of PDFs?

There is no fixed file-count limit for basic merging. The practical limit depends on file complexity and your device memory. Try smaller batches if a large merge cannot finish.

Are my document files uploaded?

No. PDF processing runs in your browser on your own device. Software, fonts or language models may download when needed. Account, payment and technical data are handled separately as explained in the privacy policy.

Does it work on a phone?

Use a supported modern browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Large or complex documents depend on your device memory and may take longer.

Is it free?
